연평균 예약건수 10만건에 달하는 실시간 골프장 예약 서비스 ‘티업엔조이’ 앱은 전화로 처리되던 에이전시의 예약 프로세스를 시스템화하여 예약 처리 시간을 개선하였습니다. 또한 130개 이상의 제휴 골프장으로 해외 패키지 판매까지 확장하며 다양한 예약 상품을 제공하고 있습니다.
하지만 2015년 이후로 바뀌지 않은 올드한 디자인과 많은 정보들이 혼재되어 있는 불편한 사용성으로 인해 서비스 이탈자가 많아진 점을 고려하여, 

티업엔조이의 장점과 특색을 살려 리뉴얼 프로젝트를 진행하게 되었습니다.

The "TeeUp Njoy" app, a real-time golf course reservation service with an average of 100,000 reservations per year, has improved reservation process which was processed by phone by systemizing the agency's reservation process online. It also offers a variety of reservation products with more than 130 affiliated golf courses, extending to overseas package sales. However, with the outdated UI design which has not changed since 2015, and the inconvenient usability of a lot of information has led to the massive loss of customers. we conducted a renewal project by applying the strength and characteristics of T-up Enjoy to the service.

티업엔조이의 예약 시스템은 18홀 예약, 18홀 조인, 국내 패키지, 해외 패키지로 나뉘어 있습니다.
기존의 가시성이 떨어지는 홈 화면의 검색 UI를 개선하여, 4개의 예약 시스템과 날짜별, 지역별 검색을 직관적으로 구분할 수 있는 레이아웃으로 수정하였습니다.
더불어 골프의 즐거움을 느낄 수 있도록 골프장 이미지, 아이콘 등 시각적인 이미지를 더해 풍부한 느낌을 연출하였습니다.

The booking system for T-up Enjoy is divided into 18-hole booking, 18-hole joining, domestic packages, and overseas packages. By improving the less visible search UI in home screen, we have modified the layout that can intuitively devide four reservation systems of searches by date and region. In addition, visual images such as golf course images and icons were added to create a rich feeling so that you can feel the joy of golf.

골프장의 티타임이 세로로 길게 펼쳐지는 기존 검색 구조를 가로 스크롤으로 변경하여
화면을 꽉 차는 정보에 지쳤던 사용자의 피로도를 줄이고, 서로 다른 골프장을 비교해서 살펴보기 쉽도록 개선하였습니다.
18홀 예약, 조인 예약, 패키지 예약에 따라서 하단에 펼쳐지는 카드 UI가 달라집니다.

By changing the existing teetime search structure from vertical to horizontal, we have reduced the fatigue of users who are tired of the information that fills the screen, and improved it to make it easier to compare and examine different golf courses. The card UI at the bottom varies depending on the 18-hole reservation, join reservation, and package reservation.

기존 골프장 상세 페이지는 티타임별로 하나씩 존재해서, 다시 날짜와 시간을 선택하고 싶을 때 처음으로 되돌아가야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다.
페이지들이 분리되어 있어 복잡하게 느껴졌던 예약 플로우를 하나로 통합하여
필요한 정보를 모두 담은 골프장 메인 화면을 구성하였고, 그 안에서 언제든 티타임을 다시 검색하고, 예약할 수 있도록 플로우를 개선하였습니다.

The existing golf course details page existed one by one for each teetime, so it was hard to go back to the beginning when users wanted to choose another date and time. By combining the reservation flow which is complicated, we constructed the main screen of the golf course containing all the necessary information, and we improved the user flow so that the users can search tee time again and book it at any time.
